"My family and I absolutely adore this place! My sister has been coming for a few months now, and we can confidently say she will be attending for a long time. Sensei Shihan and Senpai Alex have shown a genuine passion for teaching and love for the kids. They strive to help each kid be confident, make progress, and learn lifelong skills. The facility itself is kept clean, has a seating area for the family, and has decent parking. We’re so glad we enrolled my sister in Samurai Karate Dojo and we would recommend this place to anyone looking to learn martial arts."

"After visiting several dojo’s here in Houston we found this gem for my daughter. As a black belt myself I would not allow for her to be part of these numerous “belt for money” and no content. Hands down, this is an amazing Dojo, where the kids really learn what matters. Balance between discipline,respect, self respect, self control, physical demands at their level, appropriate level of details means a Sensei that actually knows what he is doing. I am impressed and grateful for all the balanced knowledge you share with all of the students . Best place and best of success Trond"

"We joined Samurai Karate Dojo, and we have to say, it’s been an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the friendly staff and fellow students. The sense of community here is truly special. The instructors at Samurai Karate Dojo are highly skilled and passionate about what they do. They take the time to ensure that each student, regardless of their skill level, understands the techniques and principles of karate. Their attention to detail and focus on proper form has really helped me improve in a short amount of time. The classes are well-structured, challenging, and engaging. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced student, there’s always something new to learn. "Great caring and safe family atmosphere. Instructors are attentive, skilled and disciplined. Kudos to Sensei Chris Roy for the little special touches he employs to motivate youngsters, building self-esteem and inner strength. My thanks to Chris who inspired our granddaughter Mai Mañeru to continue with martial arts when she goes to L.A.! Also a nod to the good administrative job Shyanne is doing at the front desk!"

"I do not attend classes here, but I wanted to share that when my car broke down in the intersection nearby, it was the owner of this business that came out to see if everything was ok and helped push me/my vehicle out of harms way. "Kind, patient, and professional. The aftercare program is top notch. They pickup my son from his school and during aftercare he receives help with his homework and has karate lessons. His confidence and self discipline is much higher. They make sure your child is engaged whether physically and mentally. They do not tolerate bullies and the staff are never on their phones, as is the case at so many other places."
