Book the $29 intro: 2 Weeks Unlimited Classes. Pick your program, choose a time, and we'll take it from there. A black belt meets you at the door on day one.
My child (or I) has never trained before. Is that okay?
Yes. Most of our students walked in with zero experience. Every class is coached step by step, and beginners learn the basics before anything else.
What should we wear to the first class?
Comfortable workout clothes and water. No shoes on the mat. Uniforms come later, once you decide to stay.
How early should we arrive?
About 10 minutes early for your first class, so we can show you around and introduce you to your instructor.

Kids Programs
What age can kids start?
Kids programs start at age 5. Classes are grouped by age and rank, so every child trains with kids at their level.
Will karate make my child aggressive?
The opposite. Traditional GoJu-Ryu Karate teaches respect, self-control and when not to fight. Parents tell us the focus and manners show up at home and at school.
Is it safe?
Yes. Classes are run by certified black belts on padded mats, with age-appropriate drills and close coaching. Safety is the first rule on the mat.
Do you offer school pickup?
Yes, through our Karate Pickup Program. Call or text us to find out which schools are on the current route.

Adult Programs
What do adults train?
GoJu-Ryu Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Combat Kickboxing, with one membership. Train one style or mix all three.
I'm out of shape. Can I still join?
Yes. You train at your own pace and get fitter as you go. Nobody expects you to keep up on day one.
Is there sparring?
Only when you're ready, and always controlled. Beginners focus on technique first.

Parties & Events
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes. Our instructors run the whole party: games, board breaking, and a sword cake-cutting ceremony on the Ninja package. You just bring the cake.
How do I book a party?
Go to the Birthday Parties page and pick a package. Book early, since weekend dates fill fast.
