SHAOLIN CH’UAN –Meaning Small Forest Fist, is one of the oldest styles of Chinese Kung-Fu. Based on efficiency, it uses the simplest moves of two major Shaolin Styles, its hands moves come from the Southern Shaolin style while its footwork and kicks come from the Northern Shaolin. They system is based on constantly maintaining proper balance and executing movements with lighting speed that, in turn, creates penetrating power. Shaolin Ch’uan also consist of 5 different animals: The Dragon, Tiger, Leopard, Snake and Crane.
PRAYING MANTIS KUNG-FU – is considered a soft-style because the practitioner avoids meeting power with power when ever possible. The techniques are very fast, accurate and aggressive. Punching, striking, kicking, trapping, sweeping and throwing are all aspects of the Praying Mantis system.
TAI-CHI/CHI-KUNG– Tai-Chi (Grand Ultimate Fist) is an internal martial art which focuses on slow motion movements that are coordinated with the breathing. Known for its calming and healing effects of the mood, body and spirit. Chi-Kung (Breath work) is a chinese form of breathing-movement exercises. These exercises are used as a healing tool in China and other countries. Chi-Kung is part of all traditional Kung-Fu programs.
